Bio
Shana came to Selkirk College in 1997 with a background in Fine Arts, Asian Studies and Education. Prior to that, Shana taught ESL in Japan for many years and travelled extensively in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Shana continues to work in the international department teaching in all levels of ESL and as a TESOL practicum supervisor and in 2010 she became Department Head. Shana loves working for Selkirk International as she is able to combine her enjoyment of teaching and learning with her passion for different cultures and new ideas.
