Bio
Upon completion of my Red Seal, I toured Europe three times, travelled thru Asia and spent a year in Australia to gain culinary experience.
In addition to travelling, I’ve gained experience working in small and large hotels, resorts, mom and pop restaurants, hospitals and a military base.
I’ve had the pleasure of opening two of my own restaurants. The first being a family oriented restaurant serving western cuisine, the second a fine dining establishment, specializing in steak, chicken and seafood with pub fare on the side.
Catering is my middle name. I’ve catered everything from weddings to a hockey team rookie and training camp to sports banquets. Functions of every size with a wide range of culinary tastes.
