Tracey brings 10 years of vast and varied GIS industry experience to the classroom. With a primary goal of preparing GIS students with relevant, solid and useful skills for their careers as GIS Professionals, Tracey works easily with students using her energy, flexibility and individuality. Prior to coming to Selkirk College, Tracey worked for large corporations, small consulting companies, and provincial and municipal governments. Such a diverse mix has provided Tracey with strong GIS industry knowledge and expertise that she couples with her Executive Coaching education to create a supported learning environment in which every student flourishes. Tracey moved to the Kootenays in 2008 for the lifestyle, outdoors, and her very favourite, the incredible Kootenay people.
