SCFA PD would like to invite you to attend a group workshop focused on leadership and collaboration within teams.

As this event is funded by the SCFA PD fund, participation is restricted to SCFA members. Attendance is limited to 24 participants.

• Develop an improved sense of self-awareness and how you contribute to effective conversations in the workplace.
• Apply effective communication techniques to build collaborative and positive partnerships
  Build deeper humility and appreciation for your peers to continuously inspire growth and trust in self and others.
• Gain a clear understanding of core project management principles and how to intentionally craft a team culture.
• Experience specific skills and techniques that bring teams to a higher level of maturity and performance.
• Understand practical and principle-based approaches used to drive collaborative project success.
