Ongoing Work at the Castlegar and Silver King Campuses 

You may have noticed or heard about construction work at the recently opened student housing buildings at the Castlegar and Silver King campuses. 

The college is addressing construction-related issues at both buildings, affecting interior and exterior building components. These repairs go beyond the standard deficiencies that were addressed over the past year, and we are working with legal counsel and building experts to address the additional required repairs.  

Most student housing rooms are operational, but some are undergoing repairs and are unavailable for rent. We are working hard to minimize disruption to students as much as possible.
