About Purchasing

The Purchasing Department provides centralized purchasing services for all procurement needs for all campuses and learning centres.

Located at the Castlegar Campus next to the mail room and underneath the cafeteria, the purchasing department is:

• Open daily from 8 am–3:30 pm. 

Staff members, vendor representatives and contractors are required to make an appointment if an in-person meeting is necessary.

The purchasing department also handles the college’s Mastercard credit cards, cell phone contracts, vehicle insurance, purchases and sales, and the sale of surplus goods.
