Managing A Gas Leak Emergency

In the event of a gas leak, College staff will:

1. Evacuate the building and contact 911 – the Fire Department will contact Fortis BC.
2. Proceed to your evacuation assembly point and contact your supervisor to let them know of the situation.
3. You will not be allowed back into the building until the Fire Department and Fortis BC clears the area.
