As the term winds down, Campus Management is gearing up for the 2024/25 academic year. If you anticipate any staffing changes within your team that will necessitate extra desk space, please fill out a form to request a workspace move or allocation.
Office moves require coordination between our Facilities and IT teams, so please submit your requests by May 31, 2024, to ensure smooth scheduling.
Summer Work Space Required
If you have a workspace on campus that could be utilized by visiting faculty members and instructors, please let Campus Management know. Maximizing available space is crucial during the summer months.
Summer Cleaning
During the summer months, the custodial team performs a deep cleaning of our campuses. To support their efforts, please ensure that you clear your desk and floor before vacating your workspace. Your cooperation in preparing workspaces for summer cleaning is greatly appreciated.
