Employee Evaluation, Feedback and Assessment

Employee feedback is a core element to engagement and employee satisfaction in the workplace. It provides for an opportunity to have open discussion and learn about areas of growth, excellence and skill development. It is important to periodically assess and provide feedback to ensure that all employees in their roles are as effective as they can be. Evaluation can assist you to ultimately realize your goals, assist in your advancement and your teams.

Evaluation enables you to demonstrate your success and your program's success. The information that is collected allows for better employee and supervisor communication, which is critical to workplace relationships. Engaging and supporting employees' development is important to Selkirk College. Selkirk College has evaluative processes for each employee group and identified tools and processes to achieve and enhance evaluation.
