College Policies

As an employee of Selkirk College, you will be expected to adhere to all policies. You can familiarize yourself with Selkirk College policies at http://policies.selkirk.ca/college. Please start with Policy 6000 and Policy 6010.

To get yourself set-up in the ‘Staff Directory’ on our website, please follow the link below:

You can go to Staff Directory | Selkirk College to search another colleague's information; or use the ‘Staff Global Address List’ in your Outlook contacts.

** NOTE: Leave ‘Phone Number’ blank, this will be entered once you are assigned an extension.

Accessing Your Pay Stubs and Personal Information

All your information is on “Unit4 Business World (UBW).” Here is where you can access your pay stubs and update your personal information.

IT Support

To access IT support, please visit go.Selkirk.ca. You can use the 'search' feature to find specific information related to IT and Unit4 Business World (UBW). 

Staff IDs

Staff IDs are created through the Library. Please follow the link to get your staff ID: https://selkirk.libwizard.com/f/staff_id

Employee Perks

  • Microsoft Suite productivity suite is available to download for free for all current staff members on up to two devices. Vist the Knowledge Centre on go.selkirk for download instructions.
  • TELUS offers employees an Exclusive Partner Program for mobile devices and for bundling PureFibre internet (where available). You can set this up with any local TELUS dealer. All you need is your valid current Selkirk College e-mail address, and proof of ID. Local dealers include Rock Island Tape Centre in Trail, Andre’s in Castlegar, and the Andre’s kiosk at the Chakko Mika Mall in Nelson. Alternatively, you can sign up online.
