Access Great Perks!

Working at Selkirk College means access to some great perks.

Selkirk College's Employee Code of Conduct and Purchasing Policies both prohibit employees from using their employment at the college to obtain discounts for personal use, however, the good news is that there are some official employee perks available.

Homewood Health 

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) gives professional, confidential counselling services to employees and their dependent families. The service is voluntary and the goal of the program is a short-term solution focused on helping employees resolve personal and/or work life issues. Homewood Health can be reached 24/7 at 1-800-663-1142.

To sign up for Homewood Health:

1. Visit homewood.ca or click here.

2. Click "Sign Up" to create an account and enter your invitation code.

3. Your customer account name is Selkirk College.

4. Your invitation code is BCI714.

5. Enter your name, preferred email address and a few other pieces of information to create your profile.

Homewood Health has an online platform called Pathfinder. To learn more about it, watch a tutorial. To learn more about Homewood Health in general, register for a Homewood Plan member orientation webinar. A key component of Pathfinder is the Homewood PulseCheck. It will ask for a few additional details, including how you’re feeling and your primary area of interest or concern.
