Kecia Kemp, Human Resources Benefits Coordinator: Plan Administrator for Manulife group benefit plans; initial offers and set-up, employee and dependent changes, guidance for Extended Heath, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D, Medical Travel Referral, Emergency Travel and Spending Account claims. Employee leave and return to work administration including medical leave, short- and long-term disability, voluntary workload reduction, assisted, unassisted/unpaid, compassionate/family illness, maternity/parental, and deferred leaves.
